Prospective Subcontractor Registry
Whether your organization is a supplier of goods or services, and you are interested in subcontracting opportunities with the UARC, we invite you to contact us.
The UARC has a strong commitment to support small businesses. If your organization is a minority-owned enterprise; women-owned enterprise; small business; small disadvantaged business; or HUB zone, veteran-owned or service disabled veteran-owned business, we encourage you to register with our database.
Registration will allow you to provide us with detailed information about your company’s capabilities. Inclusion in our database does not guarantee a bid opportunity, but by becoming a part of the database, your company’s information will be available to our procurement personnel when sourcing activity occurs.

Badging for Existing Subcontractors
The UARC requires their subcontractors to process all their employee PIV badge requests. If you are a current subcontractor to the UARC, have staff that supports our primary contract at least 50% of their work effort, and requires the UARC to sponsor a PIV badge for that employee, a badge request will need to be submitted for authorization.
